Pivo（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報、その利用目的、および保護方法について説明します。

本アプリは日本国内での利用を想定して提供しています。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 アカウント情報

本アプリでは Google アカウントまたは Apple ID を利用したログイン機能を提供しています。ログイン時に以下の情報を取得します。

• メールアドレス
• 表示名（Google アカウントまたは Apple ID の名前）
• ユーザー固有の識別子（UID）

Apple ID でのログイン時に「メールアドレスを非公開」を選択された場合、本アプリは実際のメールアドレスを取得せず、Apple が発行する転送用アドレスのみを取得します。

1.2 ユーザーが入力・登録する情報

本アプリの利用に伴い、ユーザーが自ら入力・登録する以下の情報を保存します。

• 動画情報（YouTube の URL、タイトル、対戦チーム名、試合区分等）
• 動画に対するタグ付けデータ（タイムスタンプ、カテゴリ、選手名、結果等）
• タグに対するコメントおよびリアクション
• 選手情報（名前、ポジション、背番号、学年）
• チーム情報（チーム名、部活・動画詳細の選択肢）
• 動画の視聴記録（どのメンバーがどの動画を視聴済みにしたか）

1.3 自動的に収集・保存する情報

• 表示名（同じチームのメンバーに、タグ・コメントの投稿者として表示されます）
• プッシュ通知のためのデバイストークン（Firebase Cloud Messaging）
• 通知設定、およびアプリ内通知の履歴
• アプリ内の設定情報（端末内にローカル保存され、外部へは送信されません）

本アプリは、広告配信および行動履歴の解析（アクセス解析ツール）を一切利用していません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

• ユーザー認証およびアカウント管理
• 招待コードによるチームへの参加、およびチームの作成
• 動画分析データ（タグ・コメント）の保存・共有・表示
• チームメンバー間でのデータ同期
• 統計およびハイライト再生のための集計処理
• プッシュ通知およびアプリ内通知の送信
• ユーザーサポートおよびサービス改善のためのご連絡

3. 情報の共有

収集した情報は、以下の場合を除き第三者に提供しません。

• 同じチームのメンバー間: 本アプリはチーム単位で利用されるため、同じチームに所属するメンバーはタグ付けデータ、コメント、選手情報、視聴記録等を閲覧できます。
• Firebase (Google): 認証、データベース、サーバー処理、プッシュ通知、ホスティングのため、Google が提供する Firebase サービスを利用しています。Google のプライバシーポリシーは こちら をご参照ください。
• 法令に基づく場合: 法令の要請がある場合に開示することがあります。

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売することはありません。

4. データの分離と保護

4.1 チーム単位のデータ分離

本アプリでは、各チームのデータはチーム固有の識別子（orgId）により厳密に分離されています。

• タグ付けデータ、選手情報、動画情報、集計データは、所属するチームのメンバーのみがアクセスできます。
• 他のチームのデータを閲覧・取得・改変することはできません。
• Firebase セキュリティルールにより、サーバー側でもアクセス制御が適用されています。
• 招待コードの照合およびチームの作成はサーバー上（Cloud Functions）でのみ処理され、他チームの招待コードを一覧・取得することはできません。

4.2 データの保存先

• ユーザーデータは Google Cloud（Firebase Cloud Firestore）に保存されます。
• データは Firebase のセキュリティルールにより保護されています。
• ローカル設定情報は端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 通信は全て暗号化（TLS）されています。

5. データの削除

5.1 個別のデータの削除

動画、タグ、コメントは、アプリ内からいつでも削除できます。動画を削除した場合、その動画に紐づくタグ・コメント・集計データもあわせて削除されます。

5.2 アカウントの削除

アプリ内の設定画面からアカウントを削除できます。また、下記のメールアドレスへご連絡いただくことでも削除を依頼できます。

アカウント削除により、以下の情報が削除されます。

• ログイン情報（メールアドレス、表示名、UID）
• プッシュ通知用のデバイストークンおよび通知設定
• 選手データとご本人のアカウントとの紐づけ

一方、すでに投稿されたタグおよびコメントは、チーム全体の分析データとしてチームに残ります（投稿者名の表示が残る場合があります）。これらもあわせて削除をご希望の場合は、アカウント削除の前にアプリ内で削除いただくか、下記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

6. YouTube API の利用

本アプリは、ユーザーが登録した YouTube 動画の再生に YouTube IFrame Player API を使用しています。

• 動画コンテンツはダウンロード・保存されず、YouTube のサーバーからストリーミング再生されます。
• 動画のタイトル取得には YouTube の公開 oEmbed API を使用しています。
• YouTube API の利用には Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）および YouTube の利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）が適用されます。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。13 歳未満の方は本アプリを利用しないでください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはその他の方法でお知らせします。

Pivo ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

The App is intended for use in Japan.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

The App offers sign-in with a Google account or an Apple ID. When you sign in, we collect the following information:

• Email address
• Display name (from your Google account or Apple ID)
• Unique user identifier (UID)

If you choose "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, the App does not receive your actual email address, only the relay address issued by Apple.

1.2 User-Provided Information

Through your use of the App, the following information you voluntarily provide is stored:

• Video information (YouTube URL, title, opposing team names, match type, etc.)
• Video annotation data (timestamps, categories, player names, results, etc.)
• Comments and reactions on annotations
• Player information (name, position, jersey number, grade)
• Team information (team name, division and match-type options)
• Video viewing history (which members have marked which videos as watched)

1.3 Automatically Collected and Stored Information

• Display name (shown to members of the same team as the author of annotations and comments)
• Device tokens for push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Notification settings and in-app notification history
• App settings (stored locally on your device and never transmitted)

The App does not use advertising or any behavioral analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• User authentication and account management
• Joining a team via invitation code, and creating a team
• Storing, sharing, and displaying video analysis data (annotations and comments)
• Synchronizing data between team members
• Aggregating data for statistics and highlight playback
• Sending push notifications and in-app notifications
• Contacting you for user support and service improvement

3. Information Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except in the following cases:

• Within your team: The App is used on a team basis. Members of the same team can view annotation data, comments, player information, and viewing history.
• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase services provided by Google for authentication, database, server-side processing, push notifications, and hosting. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Isolation and Protection

4.1 Team-Level Data Isolation

All data in the App is strictly isolated by team using a unique team identifier (orgId).

• Annotation data, player information, video information, and aggregated data are accessible only to members of the same team.
• Users cannot view, retrieve, or modify data belonging to other teams.
• Access control is enforced on the server side through Firebase security rules.
• Invitation code lookup and team creation are processed exclusively on the server (Cloud Functions); invitation codes of other teams cannot be listed or retrieved.

4.2 Data Storage

• User data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase Cloud Firestore).
• Data is protected by Firebase security rules.
• Local settings are stored only on your device.
• All communication is encrypted via TLS.

5. Data Deletion

5.1 Deleting Individual Data

Videos, annotations, and comments can be deleted from within the App at any time. Deleting a video also deletes its associated annotations, comments, and aggregated data.

5.2 Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from the settings screen in the App, or by contacting us at the email address below.

Deleting your account removes the following:

• Sign-in information (email address, display name, UID)
• Device tokens for push notifications and notification settings
• The link between your account and a player record

However, annotations and comments you have already posted remain with your team as part of the team's analysis data (the author name may remain visible). If you would like these deleted as well, please delete them in the App before deleting your account, or contact us at the email address below.

6. YouTube API Usage

This App uses the YouTube IFrame Player API to play YouTube videos registered by users.

• Video content is streamed directly from YouTube's servers and is not downloaded or stored locally.
• Video titles are fetched using YouTube's public oEmbed API.
• Use of the YouTube API is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or other means.
